Two-Coat Sealcoating on a Long Driveway in Wilmington, MA

This long residential driveway in Wilmington, Massachusetts runs from the street past the house and out along the side lawn, so there was a lot of surface to protect. The Eagle Sealcoating crew started by cleaning off the entire driveway, clearing away all the dirt and debris so the sealer would bond directly to the asphalt instead of sitting on top of loose material.
From there we applied two coats of sealer across the full length of the driveway. The second photo shows the first coat after it dried, already giving the surface an even, dark finish right up to the grass edge. The second coat builds on that layer for a deeper color and better protection against sun, water, and daily traffic, and the caution tape kept cars off until everything cured. Two coats is our standard approach because it simply holds up longer than a single pass.
